For years the Netherlands have been waiting on a winter that would freeze its canals and lakes over so people could strap on their skates and enjoy themselves. So when it came around in 2019, it was a welcome relief. The Netherlands lottery commissioned a film to bring a little joy back in peoples life's in the beginning of a global pandemic. 

Full of archive films of the past and brand new footage shot only days before the release of the film it ended up airing on National TV here due to its uplifting nature.
